| Wanted to Say gift tag - coordinated with Circle Sayings card |
August is a very busy birthday month for my family. Since I lost time this month being sick, I pulled one of the cards from my stash. You can find the original post for this card using Circle Sayings here.
I love to coordinate my packages and cards whenever possible, so for this person I just needed a gift tag to go on the gift. It was simple, fast, easy and just plain fun to make!
Instructions:
- Die cut 1 large Tailor Made Tag using Berry Burst cardstock.
- Die cut 1 large Tailor Made Tag using Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. Using Paper Trimmer, cut the tag smaller on the inside of the stitch line on all sides. Run the remaining smaller tag through the cut and emboss machine using the Dots and Spots Die. Adhere to front of Berry Burst tag.
- Die cut Happy Birthday shadow using Wanted to Say die our of Basic Black cardstock.
- Die cut Happy Birthday using Wanted to Say die out of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. Adhere to Basic Black shadow. Adhere to front of gift tag at an angle using dimensionals.
- Die cut 3 Flowers using Wanted to Say die out of Basic White cardstock. Attach Pastel Adhesive Backed Sequin to center of each flower. Adhere flowers to gift tag.
- String through 10" of Lemon Lime Twist ribbon from Ribbon Duo Combo Pack. Tie double bow using Basic White Twine
I was able to make this entire gift tag out of scraps, yet it coordinates with my birthday card perfectly!
