This weeks Monochromatic Insta Hop color is all about Petal Pink! To show off this sweet color I have used the Phrases & Frames Bundle paired with the Nature's Symphony Bundle.

The Phrases & Frames Bundle features some special frame dies that are designed to leave an elevated level of detail when paired with the Impressions Plate during a second pass through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. I chose to cut the frame out of Petal Pink cardstock.

For the branch of leaves, I applied Petal Pink ink to Basic White cardstock using a blending brush. This created the lovely lighter tone of Petal Pink. I added a vellum branch under the colored cardstock, creating a sweet shadow. I think the antique pearls look beautiful with the Petal Pink!

Gray Granite was used for both the outer & inner sentiments. Branches stamped in Petal Pink finish off the inner card beautifully.

Cutting Instructions:

Card base - Basic White Thick: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Frame - Petal Pink: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", use largest frame to die cut. Use Impression Plate for second pass through Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.
Card front layer: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
Branch #1 - Vellum: 3 1/2" x 4 1/2", detail die cut using large branch die
Branch #2 - Basic White: 3 1/2" x4 1/2", detail die cut using large branch die
Inner matte layer - Petal Pink: 4" x 5 1/4"
Inner message liner - Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5"
Ribbon 16"

Assembly Instructions:

Using Gray Granite ink, stamp sentiment in lower right corner of the card front layer. Carefully adhere centered on front of card base
Adhere frame to card front using Foam Adhesive Strips.
Using Petal Pink ink and a blending brush, add ink to Basic White cardstock before using large branch die to cut.
Adhere Vellum branch to card front using mini glue dots. Adhere Petal Pink branch offset over the vellum, using dimensionals.
Adhere bow using mini glue dot. I cut my ribbon up the center of each fold after the bow was tied.
Scatter pearls on card front.
Using Gray Granite ink, stamp sentiment on inner message liner.
Using Petal Pink ink, stamp branches in 2 opposing corners of message liner.
Adhere message liner to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base.
