Card #3
  • Card base 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2".  This is a top fold card
  • Front card layer: 1 pc - 5" x 3 3/4" - vellum cardstock
  • Inner card layer: 4" x 5 1/4"
  • Cardstock colors: Evening Evergreen, Basic White
  • Ink colors: Soft Succulent, Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral, Tuxedo Black
  • Embellishments: Pale Papaya Open Weave ribbon, Brushed Brass Butterflies

Directions for Card #3

  1. Using blending brush, apply ink to front of Vellum, and to edge of inner cardstock
  2. Attach vellum using mini glue dots to front of card base.
  3. Adhere inner card layer
  4. Using blending brush and outline mask of butterfly, apply ink to scrap of basic white cardstock
  5. Using sponge dauber and inner detail butterfly mask, apply the black ink
  6. Fussy cut butterfly.
  7. Apply mini glue dots to center of butterfly, on the the back side.
  8. Apply dimensionals to wings on back side.  Place Butterfly on card front.
  9. Apply Brushed Brass Butterflies to card front
  10. Cut ribbon down the center, creating 2 thinner ribbons
  11. Using Calypso Coral Stampin' Blender Pen, color one of the Pale Papaya ribbons Calypso Coral
  12. Apply to center of butterfly back with mini glue dot
  13. Stamp sentiment on scrap of basic white cardstock.  Fussy cut.  Apply to card front with dimensionals
