This festive card is so easy to make!  You can view the video here!

The entire product list is at the end of this post.

Details
Old Olive Card base is 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2"
The 2 scalloped frames are Real Red cardstock and die cut using the Scalloped Dies.  I used the 2 largest dies from this set.
Striped DSP 1 pc 4 1/8" x 5 3/8", 2 pcs 2 5/8" x 4 1/8"
Dotted DSP 1 pc 2 5/8" x 3 7/8", 1 pc 3 1/4' x 4 5/8"
Die cut ornament from DSP, and 3 pcs of the same die using Cinnamon Cider cardstock

  • Burnish fold lines
  • Adhere striped DSP to inner card and the two sections of card front
  • Adhere dotted DSP to front of the Real Red Scalloped die cuts
  • Adhere large scalloped pc to inner card
  • Adhere smaller scalloped pc to card front, adhering only the lower half of the scalloped pc below the middle foldline on the front of the card.
  • Aligning all edges, adhere DSP ornament to 1 pc of die cut Cinnamon Cider cardstock, adhere the other two die cut pcs to eachother.  Adhere the two ornament shapes to eachother creating a 4 layer ornament, catching the ends of ribbon creating a loop out of the top.
  • Add bow to front of ornament with mini glue dot.
  • Apply ornament to front of card with dimensionals
  • Stamp and die cut sentiment for inner card.  Adhere to lower inner card with dimensionals (this is what will hold the card in place when in the easel fold)

  • Stamp message to back of tag.  Add gems if desired.
  • Using same method as when building the ornament for the card, die cut 1 DSP Bell, and using the same die cut 3 pcs Cinnamon Cider cardstock.   Adhere all 4 layers of the bell, aligning all edges and inserting a loop of ribber between layers 2 and 3.
  • Adhere a bow to the front of the bell.
  • Cut a length of ribbon and thread through the hole at the top of the tag.
  • Add bell ornament onto the ribbon and be sure it lays correctly on the front of the tag.
  • Add a mini glue dot between to secure the ribbon front to back.  Add gem to cover glue dot.

Painted Poppies Thank You card

Painted Poppies Fussy cut

Today, I am participating in Kylie Bertucci's Monthly International Blog Hightlights.  Viewers have the opportunity to vote on their favorite 5.  Winners will have the opportunity to participate in a Winner Blog Hop at the end of the month.    To view the submissions, click here, and enjoy all the talented artists.

The theme for this event is "Thank You", and because this week is the Veteran's Day holiday in the US, I chose to use red poppies as my focal point.  We must always remember all of those that have given their all while serving their country.

Eden's Garden

An early release from the January mini catalog, Eden's Garden Collection has already proven to be a great staple in my crafting.

The specialty DSP features beautiful tones of Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, gold foil accents, and Basic White.  The sentiments in the stamp set are really great, and the fonts are lovely!

A couple of additional colors to pair with this collection are Soft Suede, or Cherry Cobbler.

I really think this is a special collection, and I look forward to sharing more ideas with you.

I've added a product list at the end of this post, with links for each of the products so you that see them individually or the entire collection.

Hugs,
Teah
