Lovely & Beautiful in Balmy Blue

Simply Beautiful Bundle + Beautifully Celebrated Dies

Balmy Blue is this weeks Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Insta Hop color. This Balmy Blue card has been in my head for weeks! I just knew it was going to be beautiful paired with silver heat embossing! I used the Simply Beautiful Bundle & Beautifully Celebrated Dies to create this card.

I love my Stampin' Blends and they were perfect for this project. Coloring these heat embossed images was actually quite relaxing. The silver frame was created by using the 2 largest dies. You see them again inside the card, but instead of a frame, they are a matte layer and message liner.

The inner sentiment comes from the Forever Florals stamp set #167440, that will be available to customers starting March 3rd.

Beautifully Celebrated Dies + Forever Florals Stamps

Cutting Instructions:

Card base - Basic White Thick: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Silver Frame - Silver Foil: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Use the 2 largest dies. I positioned mine at the same time and used post-it tape to hold them in place.
Large flower - Basic White: 3 1/2" x 3 1/2", stamp and die cut largest flower
Large leaves - Basic White: scrap, stamp and die cut 2 sets of leaves
Flower bud - Basic White: scrap, stamp and die cut 3. (two on card front, 1 on inner card)
Spray - Silver Foil: scrap to detail die cut 3.
Sentiment label - Basic White: 3/4" x 2 7/8"
Inner natte layer - Balmy Blue: 4 1/4" x 5 1/4", use largest die to cut.
Inner message liner - Basic White: 4" x 5", use 2nd largest die to cut
Ribbon: 10"

Assembly Instructions:

Adhere silver frame to card front using dimensionals.
Using Versamark ink, stamp large flower. Coat with silver embossing powder and heat set. Using Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends, color flower. Die cut. Adhere to card front using dimensionals.
Using Versamark ink, stamp large leaves. Coat with silver embossing powder and heat set. Using Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends, color leaves. Die cut. Adhere to card front using dimensionals.
Using Versamark ink, stamp 3 flower buds. Coat with silver embossing powder & heat set. Using Balmy Blue and Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends, color images. Die cut. Adhere 2 to card front and save one for inner card.
Adhere silver sprays on card front using mini glue dots.
Using Versamark ink, stamp sentiment on label. Coat with silver embossing powder and heat set. Adhere to card front using dimensionals.
Adhere bow using mini glue dot.
Scatter pearls on card front as desired.
Using Versamark ink, stamp sentiment on inner message liner. Coat in silver embossing powder and heat set. Adhere liner to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base. Adhere remaining flower bud to lower left corner.
