I absolutely love the simplicity of this stamp design.  I "copied" the torn top and bottom of the focal point from the new mini catalog. I am not great at tearing, but I will keep trying.  I like that I used the two tone Basic Beige cardstock for the tearing.

I created this card with Basic Beige and Pecan Pie.  I will be trying it again in Blue tones, and some heat embossing too!

Cutting Instructions:

• Card base - Pecan Pie: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4".  This is a side fold card.
• Card front - Basic Beige Two Tone: 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" before tearing
• Inner message liner - Basic Beige Two Tone: 3-7/8" x 5-1/8"

Assembly Instructions: 

• Using Pecan Pie ink, stamp image on card front layer.  Tear top and bottom of card front layer, leaving room for sentiment at lower right corner and stars in upper left corner.   Stamp sentiment and stars.  
• Using Pecan Pie ink, stamp stars across top front of card base.
• Adhere card front to front of card base.  
• Add rhinestone to center of largest star.
• Using Pecan Pie ink, stamp sentiment and stars on inner message liner.  Adhere to inner card base.
