Gallery Blooms + The Right Words

This weeks Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Insta Hop color is Crushed Curry! I chose to use the Gallery Blooms Bundle to create these rich gold toned flowers.

I stamped the flowers in Early Espresso, then I used a blender pen to color the flowers and leaves. I've really grown to love this technique.

Cutting Instructions:

Card base - Basic White Thick: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4". This is a top fold card.
Front matte layer - Early Espresso: 3-7/8" x 5-1/8"
Card front layer - Crushed Curry: 3-3/4" x 5". This layer is embossed.
Sentiment label matte layer - Early Espresso: 2-1/2" x 4-1/2". Use the 2nd largest die.
Sentiment label - Basic White: 2" x 4", Use the 3rd largest die.
Flowers - Basic White: 4-1/4" x 5-1/2". Stamp and die cut 4 sets.
Inner matte layer - Crushed Curry: 3-7/8" x 5-1/8"
Inner message liner - Basic White: 3-3/4" x 5"
Linen thread: 20"

Assembly Instructions:

Adhere embossed card front layer to the front matte layer. Adhere to front of card base.
Using Early Espresso ink, stamp sentiment on right side of sentiment label. Adhere to front of sentiment matte layer. Adhere to card front using dimensionals.
Using Early Espresso ink, stamp flowers (4). Using blender pen and Crushed Curry ink, color flower petals. Use Pumpkin Pie ink to color the flower centers and Old Olive ink to color the leaves. Die cut. Use 3 of the flowers to adorn the left side of the sentiment label. I used dimensionals under one set for depth.
Adhere a linen thread double bow using a mini glue dot.
Scatter gems on card front.
Using Early Espresso ink, stamp sentiment on inner message liner. Adhere to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base. Adhere the 4th flower to upper right corner.
