Todays card is one of the three make n' takes that I designed for the January thank you gift for orders over $25. I LOVE the embossed hearts! The colors combination is a favorite of mine too.
Cutting Instructions:
- Card base: 8 1/4" x 4 1/4", scored at 2 3/4". This is a side fold card.
- Card front: 2 3/4" x 4 1/4"
- DSP for card front: 2 pcs - 4" x 2 1/2".
- DSP for inner card: 5 1/4" x 4"
- Inner message liner: 4 1/8 x 2 5/8"
- Scrap to emboss/die cut 2 hearts from Adoring Hearts Hybrid Embossing Folder
- Scrap to die cut 4 detail leaves from Adoring Hearts Hybrid Embossing Folder
- Scrap to die cut small heart cluster from Adoring Hearts Hybrid Embossing Folder
- 1/2" strip cut for sentiment label
- 4" burlap ribbon
- 20" linen thread
Assembly Instructions:
- Adhere DSP to front card flap and to separate card front. Attach separate card front to front card flap using dimensionals on left side only
- Adhere DSP to inside of card base.
- Adhere Burlap ribbon to front of card. Clip ends
- Adhere leaves to hearts using mini glue dots. Adhere to card front using dimensionals (1 layer high behind one heart, 2 layers high behind the 2nd heart.)
- Using Real Red ink, stamp sentiment on label. Use snips to banner cut the ends.
- Adhere a double bow of the linen thread using a mini glue dot.
- Stamp sentiment on inner message liner. Adhere small heart cluster in corner. Adhere message liner to inner card, being careful to hide the message liner behind the front flap.
