| Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP + Prayers & Promises Stamp Set + Nested Essentials Dies |
|
I chose 5 different prints from the Beautiful Ordinary Life 12" x 12" DSP. I love how well they coordinate!! I kept a 1/16" gap between the 1/2" wide strips for a super clean appearance. I used Stampin' Seal, just to speed the process along, but the multipurpose glue would work just as well. I needed a card to send to a friend that is going through a difficult patch.... and the sentiments from Prayers & Promises were just perfect.

Cutting Instructions:
- Card base - Basic White Thick: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
- Card front base- Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5"
- Card front DSP strips: 5 different prints, 1/2" wide strips
- Sentiment label - Basic White: 2" x 2 1/2", Use second smallest die for label.
- Inner message liner - Basic White: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
- Inner DSP strips: 3 different prints, 1/4" x 5 1/8"
- Linen Thread: 30"
Assembly Instructions:
- Apply DSP strips in a staggered pattern on card front base, with a 1/16" space between strips. I used Stampin' Seal, but multipurpose glue would work well too. Trim off overhang.
- Wrap Linen Thread around lower card front and adhere ends on back. I wrapped three times. Adhere card front layer to front of card base using dimensionals.
- Using Lost Lagoon ink, stamp sentiment on label. Adhere to cardfront using dimensionals.
- Adhere Linen thread bow using mini glue dot.
- Scatter dots on card front.
- Adhere inner DSP strips to left side of inner message liner. Adhere liner to inner card base.
