The Fern & Flora Bundle reminds me of all my time hiking in the Pacific Northwest. Ferns are plentiful in the mountains, as well as wildflowers. The Lily of the Valley die also reminded me of the seet and delicate Coral Bells that were also spotted on various hikes.

To stay within the challenge of Crisp Cantaloupe, I've used the two-tone cardstock, embossed and sanded for texture; and the Stampin' Blends Combo Pack. These options really allowed for depth within the color.

Cutting Instructions:

Card base - Crisp Cantaloupe: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Front matte layer - Basic White: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Card front layer - Crisp Cantaloupe Two Tone: 3 3/4" x 5". This layer is embossed.
Ferns - Basic White: 3" x 4". Detail die cut 2 pieces
Flower stems- Basic White: 2 1/2" x 4 1/2". Detail die cut 2 pieces
Butterflies - Basic White: scrap to stamp and die cut 2 pieces.
Sentiment label - Basic White: scrap to stamp and die cut.
Inner matte layer - Crisp Cantaloupe Two Tone: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Inner message liner - Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5"
Inner Butterfly strips - Basic White: 2" x 3 3/4" to stamp and die cut 2 pieces
Ribbon: 16"

Assembly Instructions:

Emboss card front layer with raised embossing to the front of the embossing folder. I chose to use the lighter side as the front. Using an emery board, lightly sand the raised embossing to expose the white core.
Adhere card front layer to front matte layer. Wrap ribbon around lower matter card front (about 1" from bottom). Attach ends with tape on back. Adhere card front to front of card base using dimensionals.
Using Crisp Cantaloupe & Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends, color flowers & stems. Adhere Ferns and Flower stems using mini glue dots.
Using Basic Black ink, stamp sentiment and die cut. Adhere to right side of flower stems straddling the ribbon, using dimensionals.
Using Basic Black ink, stamp 2 butterflies on Basic White scrap. Color using both light and dark Crisp Cantaloupe Stampin' Blends. Die cut. Adhere to card front using dimensionals.
Adhere bow using mini glue dots.
Scatter pearls on card front.
Using Basic Black ink, stamp butterfly strips. Color using both light and dark Crisp Cantaloupe Stampin' Blends. Die cut. Adhere to inner message liner. Adhere liner to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base.
