Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks

Today I am participating in Kylie Bertucci's Monthly International Blog Highlights. The theme is Thank You. I created this card with a specific friend in mind. She believes in me and is quick cheer me on. She shares her real life experiences with me. She is one of the kindest women I have ever met. There are many reasons to send a thank you card and in this case I will be letting her know how much I appreciate her kind words and support.

We have a new mini catalog going live on Sept. 6th in the US, and my card uses 2 of the products from that new catalog. The Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks #162331 and the So Sincere Stamp set #162283. Because they haven't gone live yet, I am not able to create a link for these items yet.

I love getting inky with blending brushes and the new Abundant Beauty decorative masks really allow me make some beautiful designs. Besides the autumn leave, there are snowflakes, houndstooth and a spectacular sunflower!! These are a must for everyones tool box! Just so beautiful and full of options!

Cutting instructions:

Card base- Basic White Thick: 8 1/2"x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4". This is a top fold card.
Front matte layer - Blackberry Bliss: 3 3/4" x 5"
Front panels layer - Basic White: 3 3/4" x 4 1/5". Will be cut into 1 1/2" panels after ink application.
Sentiment - Basic White: Die cut using largest short banner die
Contrast banner - Crushed Curry: Die cut using smallest long banner die
Inner matte layer - Blackberry Bliss: 3 3/4" x 5"
Inner message liner - Basic White: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
20" linen thread

Assembly instructions:

Using bone folder, burnish score line. This is top fold card.
Using Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks autumn leaves mask and blending brushes, apply Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze and Blackberry Bliss. Trim into 3 - 1 1/2" x 3 1/2" panels.
Adhere panels to card front - I like to adhere to panels on the ends first and finish with the one in the center to make sure I end up with equal spacing. Be sure to keep the panels in the same arrangement as before they were cut.
Adhere card front to front of card base using dimensionals.
Stamp sentiment on largest short banner label. Adhere accent label behind. Attach to card front using dimensionals.
Tie double bow using Linen Thread. Attach to sentiment using a mini glue dot.
Scatter Adhesive Backed Sequins on card front.
Using Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks autumn leaves mask and blending brushes, apply Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze and Blackberry Bliss to bottom of inner message liner. Adhere message liner to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base.
