Layering Leaves - Wild Wheat wreath

Layering Leaves

Layering Leaves - Inner view

Today I am participating in the Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop.  This month is a sketch challenge with a focus on an in-color that we like.  I chose Wild Wheat.  Originally, I wasn't a fan of Wild Wheat..... then a few weeks ago, the Young Womens Choir sang at church and there was a young lady wearing a cream colored dress with Wild Wheat flowers all over it.  It was really beautiful.  Since then, I knew I just needed to pair it correctly to suit my specific aesthetic preferences.   The color really is everywhere right now..... and it is growing on me :). I purposefully did not add a sentiment to this card so that I could use it for anything.

Be sure to check out the live links, listed below, to see everyones interpretation of this Blog Hop challenge.
