Flowing Flowers - stepped up Birthday card

 These cards were truly soothing to make.  There are three cards each with a different level of "complexity".  But honestly, none of them were difficult.  See the instructions below.  The product list is at the end of this post.

Single flower Birthday card:
  • Basic White card base 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2".  This is a top fold card
  • Stamp image and sentiment on Basic White 3 3/4" x 5".  Use daubers to apply various ink colors directly to the floral stamp.  
  • Adhere focal layer to Calypso Coral matte layer 3 7//8" x 5 1/8", then place on card front using dimensionals.
  • Add embellishments as desired.
Single flower Thank You card:
  • Basic White card base 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2".  This is a top fold card
  • On scrap of Basic White cardstock, apply Pale Papaya ink to flower.  Then using sponge dauber apply Calypso Coral ink to center of flower.  Fussy cut.
  • Determining placement of single flower, use greenery and grunge from other floral stamp to create background for larger flower on 3 3/4" x 5" Basic White.  Stamp sentiment on the same layer.  Apply single flower using dimensionals.
  • Adhere focal layer to Soft Succulent matte layer 3 7//8" x 5 1/8", then place on card front using dimensionals.
  • Add embellishments as desired.
Double flower Birthday card:
  • Basic White card base 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2".  This is a top fold card
  • On scrap of Basic White cardstock, stamp 2 flowers.... 1 in So Saffron, and 1 in Flirty Flamingo ink.  Fussy cut both
  • Using the Forever Flourishing Dies, die cut out greenery as desired of Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen and vellum.
  • Determining placement of both flowers, use die cut greenery to create a background for the flowers on 3 3/4" x 5" Basic White.  Stamp sentiment on the same layer.  Apply both flowers using dimensionals See YouTube tutorial for demonstration.
  • Adhere focal layer to Soft Succulent matte layer 3 7//8" x 5 1/8", then place on card front using dimensionals.
  • Add embellishments as desired.
