Ok, confession time...... I got behind in my blog posts. John was injured and we both took a few days of down time. He is fine now and I am playing catch up!

Words & Wishes Bundle + Moonlit Flora Collections + Everyday Arches Dies

Old Olive is definitely one of my favorite greens! Here are a few details about this card.

-I created an arched frame by using two different sized arches.

-Before I die cut the ferns, I applied Old Olive ink on Old Olive cardstock using a blending brush.

-I applied adhesive sheet to the back of the Old Olive cardstock prior to die cutting the words

Happy Birthday, making it much easier to apply to the word shadows.

Everyday Arches Dies + Fern & Flora Stamp Set + Banner Sayings Stamp Set

Cutting Instructions:

Card base - Basic White Thick: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Front arched frame - Old Olive: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", use largest and 4th largest arches to create this frame.
Embossed background - Basic White: 4" x 4 1/2" use 4th largest arch to die cut. Emboss this layer after it has been die cut.
Happy Birthday shadow - Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4", die cut both "Happy" and "Birthday" shadows.
Happy Birthday - Old Olive: 4" x 5 1/4". Apply adhesive sheet to the back of the cardstock prior to die cutting. This makes it much easier to apply to the coordinating shadows.
Ferns - Old Olive: 3" x 5". I applied a layer of Old Olive ink to the cardstock prior to die cutting.
Inner matte layer - Old Olive: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Use largest arch to die cut.
Inner message liner - Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4", Use 2nd largest arch to die cut.

Assembly Instructions:

Adhere embossed arch to front of card base. Align and adhere Old Olive frame to card front using dimensionals.
Peel adhesive backer from Happy and apply to the coordinating shadow. Peel adhesive backer from Birthday and apply to the coordinating shadow. Establish placement on card front. Adhere ferns to card front using mini glue dots. Adhere Happy Birthday to card front using dimensionals.
Scatter gems on card front.
Using Old Olive ink, stamp sentiment and leafy image on inner message liner. Adhere to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base.
