After 2 weeks off recuperating from back surgery, I thought my first demonstration back better be something simple since I demonstrate standing up.  These cards were just perfect!  You could use this masking technique with just about any subject matter of stamp design.   Personally, I love the timelessness of the Botanical Layers stamps.

Cutting instructions for simple masked circle focal point card:
  • Cardbase: 8 1/2' x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4".  This is a side fold card
  • Card front: 4" x 5 1/4".  All stamping and embellishments will be on this layer. 
  • Inner card liner: 4" x 5 1/4"
Cutting instructions for spotlight focal point card:
  • Cardbase: 8 1/2' x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4".  This is a side fold card
  • Card front: 3 3/4" x 5".  All stamping and embellishments will be on this layer. 
  • Front matte layer: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
  • Inner card liner: 4" x 5 1/4"
  • Inner matte layer: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
