Snowflakes Christmas Card

Adorning Designs Decorative Masks and Shimmer White Embossing Paste

Background ink applied with blending brushes

I had fun making this card.  I had never used embossing paste before, and I must say it does create a very dynamic texture pretty quickly. The sparkle in the paste was an added bonus.
I created this card for the Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop, and this month the theme is "Tool Time".  I chose to interpret the theme through the use of tools in creating this card.  Every artist had the opportunity to express the theme in their own way, so be sure to check out all the links to see the variety of card designs.

My tools were a decorative mask, palette knives, post-it tape, and blending brushes.  Of course, I also used all the traditional tools.....  see the full list of products used at the end of this post.

Banner Year - Happy Haunting card

I created this card to participate in this Halloween Blog Hop.  So much fun to see all the different ways to create Halloween projects.  All of the links are live so you can "hop" from blog to blog to see each of the projects.  Enjoy!!

My card:

This is a standard 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" side fold card.

I die cut the circle from a post it note to use as a mask.  I used a blending brush to add the color to the moon first, then switched out the pcs to cover the moon while I used the blending brushes to apply ink around the moon.

Next, I used post it tape to place the tree mask over the moon and sky, and again used blending brushes to apply the ink.

I then stamped the bats.  Wrap the ribbon before the next step

The card front is matted on Basic Black and then the mat was popped up with dimensionals onto the card base.

Die cut the sentiment, but the pumpkins didn't have a die... so I fussy cut those.  The sentiment and pumpkins are popped up on dimensionals.  A Black Glitter bow finished off the card.

The full product list is at the end of this post.

Pretty Pumpkins Thank You card

Pretty Pumpkins - Thank You Card

I love the sweet bows

Inner card

I created this card today, because I am participating in  Kylie and Bruno Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop.  The theme is Thank You.  Below you will find a list of demonstrators that are all participating in this year long training program.  Everyone listed has a live link so you can visit as many of the artists (or all of them) as you have time for.  We do hope you will be inspired by the wide variety of paper crafters participating.

My card was created using the Pretty Pumpkins stamps and dies bundle from Stampin' Up!®.  All the product details are listed below.
