Sunflower in Distressed Cajun Craze

Sunflower Embossing Folder + 2 Tone Cajun Craze Cardstock

The 2 tone cardstock pairs so very perfectly with the 3D Sunflower Embossing Folder.  Because the 2 Tone paper has a white core, it is lightly exposed after embossing.  Here I used an emery board to expose a bit more and the flower petals.

Beautiful Pumpkins Bundle + Forever Plaid Embossing Folder

Okay, Okay!!.... I loved my last one too much and needed to make another one!  I just changed up the colors this time.

Beautiful Pumpkins Bundle + Forever Plaid Embossing Folder

I knew I wanted the card base to be Mossy Meadow, but I wasn't sure which color of orange I wanted so I tried out a bunch of combinations till I found one that achieved the rich tone I had in mind.  I ended up using Cajun Craze because it gave me the exact level of detail I wanted in the 2 step stamping.
