Cutting Instructions:

Card base - Basic White: 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2".
Card front under layer - Basic White: 4" x 5 3/8"
Card front layer - Balmy Blue: 4" x 5 3/8". This layer is detail die cut.
Sentiment label - Basic White: Scrap to die cut circle die.
Snowflake - Basic White: Basic White: Scrap to die cut.
Inner matte layer - Balmy Blue: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Inner message liner - Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5"
Ribbon: 10"

Assembly Instructions:

Adhere detail die cut carrd front to card front under layer. Adhere to front of card base using dimensionals.
Using Secret Sea ink, stamp sentiment on Basic White die cut circle. Adhere to the Balmy Blue circle that is left over from the card front detail die cut. Adhere to center of card using dimensionals.
Adhere snowflake to card front using dimensionals. Adhere bow to center of snowflake using mini glue dot.
Scatter pearls on card front.
Using Secret Sea ink, stamp sentiment on inner message liner. Using small snowflake cluster, die cut from the lower left corner of the inner message liner. Adhere to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base.

Etched Autumn in Night of Navy & Gold

Etched Autumn + Amber Autumn Stamp Set

The focal point is from Amber Autumn stamp set, Night of Navy ink stamped on Very Vanilla cardstock. The Gold Brushed Metallic matting adds just the perfect amount of polish to an already gorgeous print.

Cutting Instructions:

Card base - Night of Navy: 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
Front matte layer - Gold Foil: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Card front layer - Night of Navy: 3 3/4" x 5"
Focal point matte layer - Gold Foil: scrap, use 3rd largest bevel edged circle to die cut.
Focal point - Very Vanilla: scrap, use 2nd largest stitched edged circle to die cut.
Sentiment label - Night of Navy: 3/8" x 2 3/4"
Inner matte layer - Gold Foil: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Inner message liner - Very Vanilla: 3 3/4" x 5"

Assembly Instructions:

Using Versamark ink, stamp card front using Amber Autumn back ground stamp. Coat in Gold embossing powder, and heat set. Adhere to front matte layer. Adhere to front of card base using dimensionals.
Using Night of Navy ink, stamp image on focal point layer. Adhere to focal point matte layer. Adhere to card front using dimensionals.
Using Versamark ink, sentiment on label. Coat in Gold embossing powder, and heat set. Adhere to focal point and card base using dimensionals.
Using Night of Navy ink, stamp image and sentiment on inner message liner. Adhere to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base.

Sometimes I just want that extra level of shine on my card. This one makes my heart sing :)

Gallery Blooms in Lemon Lolly

Gallery Blooms Bundle + Beautiful Motifs Bundle + Damask Embossing Folder

Last weeks Monochromatic color challenge was Lemon Lolly. I love yellow and I especially love this color because it is so versatile. It is a beautiful stand alone color, or gorgeous when paired with other colors.

For this card, I inked the inside of the embossing folder for this slightly distressed look. I love how the motifs look in white against the Lemon Lolly. Then I used Lemon Lolly Stampin' Blends to color the flowers. I used a super light application of Soft Sea Foam for the leaves, just to hint at green but not be as prominent as the flowers. I wanted just a little more lift, so I added vellum die cut leaves behind the flowers. This card makes my heart sing.

Gallery Blooms + Beautiful Motifs

Since this is a note card, I wanted to leave as much room for writing as possible. The Beautiful Motifs stamp set has a stamp that coordinates beautifully with the Damask Embossing folder that was used on the front of the card. Subtle and lovely.

Cutting Instructions:

Card base - Basic White Thick: 5 /12" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4".
Front matte layer - Lemon Lolly: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Card front layer - Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5". This layer is embossed. I inked the inside of the folder before embossing.
Flowers - Basic White: Scrap to stamp and die cut
Leaves - Vellum: Scrap to detail die cut 2.
Sentiment label - Basic White: 1/2" x 1 1/2"
Inner matte layer - Lemon Lolly: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Inner message liner - Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5"

Assembly Instructions:

Using Lemon Lolly ink, apply in to inside front of Damask Embossing Folder. Emboss card front layer. Adhere to front matte layer. Adhere to front of card base using dimensionals.
Using Tuxedo Black ink, stamp flower stem. Using Lemon Lolly and Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends, color flower stem. Die cut.
Adhere vellum leaves to card front layer. Adhere flower stem using dimensionals.
Using Tuxedo Black ink, stamp sentiment label. Adhere to focal point using dimensionals
Attach bow using mini glue dots. Scatter pearls on card front.
Using Lemon Lolly ink, stamp image on inner message liner. Adhere to inner matte layer. Adhere to inner card base.
