Pretty Blooms - Petal Pink

Pretty Florals + Delightful Wishes

The Pretty Blooms Dies inspired my use of Petal Pink in this card.  The Stampin' Up! cardstock and ink matching made creating flowers with depth so very easy!  I needed this to be a birthday card, so I pulled the beautiful sentiment from the Delightful Wishes bundle.

You can find the original Instagram post HERE.  Enjoy the free tutorial below and make this card yourself.

Pretty Florals + Delightful Wishes

It should be of no surprise to anyone that I love to create floral cards..... and I also have a fondness for layers.  But seriously, this card totally was easy.  Just a little bit of preplanning prior to die cutting, and BOOM! A lovely card!  You will find the list of products used, at the end of this post.

Shepard's Care - Cloud Cover

Shepherd's Care

Every Friday I participate in the Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Insta Hop on Instagram.  This week's color features the new 2025-2027 In Color Cloud Cover.  I chose a simple card design with minimal elements, so that the intention of the sentiment would not be lost in a layered design.

This color actually had a chemical reaction to the foam pad used in the Stampin' Up! Classic Stampin' Pad, but there is a work around to avoid that chemical reaction.   The Un-inked Stampin' Spots have a felt pad, and the ink does not have any issue with the felt.  So I used the Cloud Cover ReInker to ink up one of the un-inked Stampin' Spots.  Now I have an ink pad of this great new color.

Shepherd's Care

When I saw which color was going to be featured this week, I had all kinds of ideas.... but I kept being drawn back to this stamp set.  So I went with it.  I stamped the images and sentiments with Secret Sea, colored in the shepherd's head-dress with Stampin' Blends Light Cloud Cover, and his garment with Stampin' Blends Dark Cloud Cover.  I used a Blending Brush to add the color to the perimeter of the card front.

Shepherd's Care

My inside sentiment is not perfectly straight, but I just decided that I am not a perfect person and that my Shepherd loves me anyway..... the sentiment would stay as is.

Cutting instructions:
  • Card base - Basic White Thick: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4".  This is a side fold card.

Sunshine Vibes - Timid Tiger

Sunshine Vibes

The new Sunshine Vibes bundle was the perfect choice for this weeks Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Insta Hop!  Pairing this bundle with Timid Tiger was easy and FUN!  Check out the free tutorial below.  You will find the product list at the end of this post.  Check out the original Instagram post HERE.

Sunshine Vibes Bundle

The detail dies and happy stamps made this card so easy to create! Be sure to add Adhesive Sheet behind your cardstock prior to die cutting, especially for the pieces that have holes or are thin.  My first attempt was pretty messy because I used Multipurpose adhesive.  I wanted some depth of color in the arches so I used a couple of different applications within the Timid Tiger color range. For the largest, middle and smallest arches, I used Timid Tiger cardstock.  Then for the leafy arch I used Stampin' Blends Light Timid Tiger on Basic White cardstock, and for the Squiggle arch I used Stampin' Blends Dark Timid Tiger on Basic White cardstock.

Sunshine Vibes
I am so in love with the stamps in this set!  I can't wait to use them all!

  • Largest, middle, and smallest arches - Timid Tiger: 3" x 4" All 3 can be cut out at once on the same piece of cardstock.

  • Squiggle arch - Basic White: Scraps, die cut 1. Color cardstock with Stampin' Blends Dark Timid Tiger prior to die cutting.
  • Sentiment label - Basic White: Scraps.
